متى سيصلني الطلب
بعد تأكيد إستلام المبلغ في حالة الدفع عبر بطاقة الفيزا او الماستركارد من جهتنا ، سوف يتم تأكيد طلبك - Your Orders و سوف يتم تبليغك عن طريق إرسال إيميل لكم ، سوف يتصل بك موظف شركة الشحن أرامكس في بلدكم على رقم الهاتف الجوال المسجل لدينا للتنسيق معكم على موعد إستلام الطرد ، يجب التنويه على ضرورة الرد على المكالمات الواردة إلى جوالك حتى يتمكن المندوب المسؤول عن التوصيل من التنسيق معكم على موعد إيصال الطلب .
Return and shipping policy
For your safety, our European company does not
allow returns or exchanges of cosmetics and skincare products, even if they are
in their original condition, with the exception of products that arrive damaged
We acknowledge that our products reach the customer in their original condition as they were manufactured from the main factory in Europe. We ask our customers and clients to inspect the order and produc in our showrooms and in front of our employees or upon receiving the package from the delivery company in front of the employee who delivers the package to you ( as a basic condition in our return process and with documentation from the delivery employee ) . If it is proven in front of the delivery company employee that the product is damaged, broken or not in its natural condition, we will replace it or return the amount to the customer within a period of at least 15 working days, and the period may increase according to the procedures. We will cooperate and communicate with you personally via email or telephone
Delivery and shipping
We offer delivery services to all cities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Arab countries, Türkiye, and Iran, in cooperation with Aramex, within 10 business days
When will I receive the order
After confirming receipt of the amount in the case of payment via Visa or MasterCard from our side, your order will be confirmed and you will be notified by sending an email to you.An Aramex courier employee in your country will call you on the mobile number registered with us to coordinate with you the date and time to receive the package.It is important to note that it is necessary to answer incoming calls to your mobile so that the representative responsible for delivery can coordinate with you the date and time to deliver the order
